US Government SUVs

We the people, are paying for all these brand new, extremely expensive bullet proof/armored SUVs for the Prez and the Vice Prez. Damn those are expensive.

Why not buy them some good old knock off KIA's?

The Presidential limo is called The Beast for a reason. Check out the thickness of the doors when they are opened sometime. Or the reinforcement to the roof pillars. The SS's support SUVs are not nearly as beastly but, they are hardened as well.

Kia simply doesn't offer a vehicle that would be able accept the weight of being armored while also meeting the U.S. government's performance benchmarks to earn the contract.
