Just enforce the law. Another un needed waste of money, any ..every cop will lock up a DWI or should. No One needs Zealot Cops.

Give "for the culture" a rest. It makes no sense and repeat posting of it ain't lit.

Is to assign those 8 DWI cops to traffic squad..plus another 2 .Not to give out tickets,although they of course can and would do that, as well as respond to emergencies but the main mission would be to get traffic moving and keep traffic moving due to wrecks, road work and all the other things that happen in NOVA. They would be dispatched to heavy traffic scenes 4 on duty days 3 on duty evenings 3 off due to rotating shifts Mon-Fri.

How any times have you been at a light 4 lane divided road with turn lanes at a light..There's road work, everyones backed up as the light does its own thing and cycle.. A single cop standing there would have everyone moving. And the same goes for all types of roads in NOVA. Cops directing traffic get it moving.

Amen! Where's the "Traffic Direction Squad"

I'm more concerned about traffic direction at accident sites. Numerous times I seen police just siting at traffic sites with a couple of cones out. Drives then act little ants cutting through parking lots and making dangerous u-turns at the next intersection.

I saw one old lady make a u-turn and get clipped by a truck. What's the point in having police create MORE of a hazardous traffic situation?

That video was so gay.

And No One needs to see Smirkin Young Cops either.. Time to take A Lot of FCPD money away from um and give it to FCPS!!
