During the Clinton presidency, I worked as a contractor in the old executive office building. On of the offices there was Hillary's when she was working on a healthcare government run proposal. The few times that she was around was very consistent with this story. Her mannerisms and behavior towards her interns and other staff mirrors her actions discribed in the article. It fits well enough to be credible. I'm sure there are many in service to the executive branch that will be better off not having to deal with her as the chief executive.
