How do I look up land transfers without having to pay a subscription fee?

Put in address, once it populates, click on sales tab on left side and then you can view transfer information for that address.

Go to the courthouse in person or else you have to subscribe. The info you can get from the tax records is very limited and not complete or correct many times. Individuals can even opt out of having their information (names) shared on the public tax site in the local jurisdictions.

You can go the 2nd floor and look up the deeds under the grantor or grantee (buyer) which will tell you which deed book and page to view.

they're democrats. they figure they can fuck you over making two (three incl. online) land record offices, and charge you to look at what they already paid themselves todo

Bill Clinton days - they wanted $2,000 to send you a CDROM with USA laws on it. very true.
