That's Mt. Vernon Apartments, more Hybla Valley -- even Groveton -- than Mt. Vernon proper.

The place is a rat's nest of illegals, Section 8ers, food stampers, and registered sex offenders. And it's second only to those shitty apartments off Lockheed. Nothing good happens there.
