Why do you need a place that specializes in Lexus. Most decent shops that have the appropriate grade of oil should be able to do the work. If your car uses synthetic (0W20) you can expect the oil change to cost more than if you use regular oil, but it shouldn't double the cost.

Lexus is the most reliable brand on the market so keep the car. Lose the Stealership. That said $140 for oil and tire rotation is not at all absurd. Mobil One is 8 bucks per qt. Even a DIY oil change is $80 including filter. So you are crying over 60 bucks labor for tires and oil and disposal?
Im sure an indie would save you 20-30 bucks. I DIY all stuff like that but hauling waste oil to the dump is a pain. Do not go to Jiffy Lube. They use shit oil and cheap cardboard filters. You have a Lexus bro, treat it well.
Major repairs always avoid the stealership if possible.

Why can't you do an oil change yourself? My 14 yr old son can do one. And a chimp can rotate tires.
In all honesty, $140 isnt that high a price for a Lexus in this area. Even if you go to Jiffy Lube, an oil change is gonna cost you $70 or $80 so another $60 to rotate the tires (all labor) isnt all that bad. You have to take into consideration owning a Lexus gives you the appearance of being wealthy.
