WASHINGTON — Police have three people in custody for the death of a man in a Falls Church apartment building, and one more suspect is still at large.
Fairfax County police responded to a suspicious event at an apartment in the 5500 block of Seminary Road on Thursday around 10 p.m. They found an adult male dead, with trauma to the upper body.
Fredy Cisneros Agustin, 24, of Falls Church is charged with burglary and murder; and Gabriel Coca, 31, Jose Nasario Perez Amaya, 27, both from Falls Church, are charged with burglary.
The suspect still at large is Adonay Polanco Cabrera, 21, who is wanted for burglary.
Police said Cisneros called the police to report what happened; and they believe that the suspects and the victim knew each other and that the killing was not random. All suspects in custody are cooperating.
Police have not released the name of the man who died.
More charges may be added as the investigation continues and police said there is no threat to the public.
Anyone with information about the case can call Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS/8477.
