Nogs on Dirt Bikes still terrorizing DC

The Nogs on the stolen, unregistered dirt bikes continue to terrorize DC neighborhoods. The liberal DC law enforcement refuses to do anything about it. They would rather ticket the BMW and lexus drivers and lets the nigs go on a nig.

The dirt bike issue is a huge problem in DC and Baltimore.
The issue is the police are not allowed to chase the dirtbikes, it sounds crazy but it's true. That's why you don't have a problem with illegal dirtbikes/atv's in nova. VA troopers, FCPD, PWPD, and Loudoun County Sheriff's will chase a fleeing vehicle until the wheels fall off. It's really not a hard concept, allow the police to chase the bad guys, and fewer bad guys will flee from the police.

Feral nogs wandering into urban areas must be made to understand that they aren't in Oxin Hill, Hampton or Petersburg and such behavior won't be tolerated. Mow them down if need be.

Especially the case in the Middleburg-Ashburn-Leesburg area. They are not welcome by the citizenry there and will throw you a party for dispatching them.
