How cheap do you think I can get real estate for in Manassas once all the illegals get deported?

I hope he comes to South Reston. That ghetto housing next to the Safeway is full of spics

Rent should fall too.

Realistically, it will just ease the pressure on the low-end rental market.

Rents won't fall, but they won't rise as quickly.

What would really hollow out the local market is if Trump aggressively downsizes the government, like he's promised. You're going to see a lot of empty "luxury" apartments and condos, then.

A fair amount of what's now condominiums was originally built as rentals in the 60s and 70s. When the market cratered for rentals starting in the late 70s, the owners sold them off and got out.

Or if Trump moves all the gov contracting out of NOVA to New York. NOVA relies heavily on gov contracting.

You still wouldn't be able to afford it, fail-boy. Just leave the blanket folded up in the back seat. You'll be living there for a long time.

Unfortunately that appears to be Trumps strategy bases on all the cabinet appointments from NY people.

Get ready for a Fairfax county depression like the gov shutdown. That means all local businesses can expect losses along with no tips and no construction contracting.

But truth be told we have way too many gov contractors and military people riding off tax dollars.

So your application was turned down. What a surprise. It's not like you're some stupid shit or anything.

You downscale private sector douches don't make enough to owe any income taxes, so why would you care? Putting up a brave front?

those are sick houses with mold pervasive in the cellulose yummy wood

it would be cheaper to start over, perhaps saving a sturdy foundation - if those homes even have that

with detroit theft, there is no opportunity, no cars to drive into town with, no jobs to pay for lumber, no one looking to rebuild

meanwhile - they are not even being re-used as construction debris
