Frederick County Virginia (Winchester area) also holds back until the last minute. I believe they went for Trump 2:1. They were also late reporting on the last Gubernatorial election.

Falls Church City vote still not reported by FCNP. Usually this up by 830 pm or even earlier. Votes obviously being held back.

So says the News.. By a hair.. I noticed the black vote and overall vote was down South of the Rappahannock..and was Heavy Trump! ..Now for the Rest of the Nation..Trump will take Ohio..Fla.. NC Pa ..Hillary it seems.. Then the left coast will chime in..

Trump is doing much better then Romney or McCain in the last two elections..
