Director Comey already said it in his testimony to Congress:
"We did not find evidence sufficient to establish that she knew she was sending classified information beyond a reasonable doubt to meet the intent standard. What we can't establish that she acted with the necessary criminal intent."
So Trump still loses, just as he was always going to do. Maybe Comey screwed a few down-ballot Dems, but that's what the Dems get for nominating Hill.

Republicans are furious they had nothing on Obama - 8 years of just trying to not legislate and no scandal to harp on with the President. Hillary winning would be a gift to the gop. If trump wins he will face hostile democrats and half the gop will oppose his insanity. Trump winning is a worst case scenario for the gop.

Friend, if they could have jailed Hillary it would have been done long ago. The Gop has tried and tried hard for decades. Even with the Russians and Wikileaks against her there just isnt any criminal wrongdoing or it would be out by now.
Similar situation with Trump he skates just on the line of what is legal and relies on an army of lawyers who would sell their own souls for a buck. Trump's days as a business brand outside of beer and bbq supplies is over. Luckily he will make much coin on teevee for at least another election cycle.
