so you really rather have FCPD running sting operations on folks who park in a handicap spot.... I think they have bigger issues to deal with

How about we change how many fucking handicap spots there are. There must a crippled person lobby that writes the parking rules for the designs build and permitting department....
I can see them now designing a parking lot..."Hey guys watch this... we got a 50 car parking lot....lets put in 10 handicap spots...hahahahahah"

FCPD already ignores many other laws that are being broken all the time, because the BOS won't let them enforce them. Why should handi abuse be any different?
