really - the immigration and naturalization system (and law) was designed to "allow" the skilled laborers from other countries and PREVENT lazy women with many children with medical problems and people with diseases (aids, zika, etc) from entering the country

it is our choice, not theirs, and it comes down to which country must put the debt of social security on their day books for the currency trade market. it's that simple.

a country like spain you can't say so much to because ...

they recently have an open door policy and a policy to give (food/shelter) aid as a government to anyone in europe who "opts to be a euro citizen of spain". in that environment, things are completely different (if not feared to be chaotic)

Let's see. County government cannot keep people from coming here. They cannot keep them from renting or purchasing property here. They cannot turn people away from public schools, libraries, health care clinics, parks, trails, rec centers, or other such public facilities. They cannot deny them the protections of county police, fire, and other emergency services, nor can they intervene in the flow of federally mandated assistance efforts. Kind of narrows things down there, doesn't it.

Two things - pay attention - (1) obama's administration does not count the aliens captured in the rio. He just has the border patrol deliver them back to their shore. (2). Obama's administration does not return adolescents. They allow all youth to enter no-questions-asked. They put them into foster care in select states. New York being a big recipient. Virginia another top dumping spot. These youth are gang members. Once located within a foster family, they "run away" to their swaying gang family. They take the cell phone Obama gave them with them
