this is an after hours class (clock at 7pm) where people trying to improve their lives go

the students are adults, most likely immigrants, so good for them

and on another note, who gives a fuck how math is taught?

More likely this was from back to school night. Though I do think Mr. Backwards Ball Cap is trying to look like a student.
