The newest addition to the Vienna dining scene opens this week. If you are one of the first 100 in line, you will receive free tacos for one year.

The parking at the Vienna Shopping Center has become a nightmare since all of these "restaurants" and the INOVA doc in a box place have opened taking Magruders place.
