Terraset ES Opening Day Car Crash

Yesterday was quite unique at Terraset. Brand new remodeled, a person picking up children drove into the building. No injuries from what I've heard but people here need to learn to drive.

Actually, three kids riding in that van indeed sustained minor injuries...I know because my kid was one of them...

@DoubleHuh???: Obviously, had I known the driver had questionable abilities, I would never have placed my child in their care. Now that I am aware it's an unsafe situation, I have made alternate arrangements. Unless of course that's not ok with you...

@LaughingParent: There's not really much else to tell. The driver was pulling up to the curb and instead of applying the brake they applied the accelerator, hopped the curb and struck the school building.

My little boy Jimmy suffered from a horrible 2 inch scratch on his right arm. We will be suing the school and the driver.

How does a driver lose control of van in a parking lot and drive into a school?

Ford van to pick up and transport children to after school care at around 3:52 p.m. on Sept. 6 at Terraset Elementary School when she "lost control of the vehicle and drove down a hill, striking the school building, breaking through a brick wall into a closet,"
