Is your life basically over if you accidentally run over an illegal??

The lives of these illegals are basically worthless in their home country. If they die back home, nobody cares. If I accidentally run them over in this country, will I be sued to bankruptcy and have my entire life ruined???
Look, a Syrian boy just got cluster bombed and shredded to pieces while I was typing this. Nobody gives a shit. Now, if Obama/Hillary brings this same sand boy here and I accidentally hit him with my car, is it right that I should pay with my life and career? That's just not right in my book.
Before you tell me to go fuck myself, remember this hypothetical could just as easily happen to you at any time.

In Virginia, if the speed limit is 35mph or higher (and there's no crosswalk) he's fair game. He has the same rights as a deer, although they can both sue you - you won't face charges.

A friend of mine hit one that was on a moped while he was delivering pizzas on the GMU campus. The Illegal was taken to the hospital where GMU campus cops showed up to write him a ticket for driving a moped after sunset. When the cop found out the Illegal had no form of identification he was placed under arrest and they had a cop stay at the hospital with him until he was ready to leave and go to jail then he got deported. My buddy was not charged with anything and the damage to his POS car was just a couple scratches.
