"attractive" is subjective. Really depends on your meaning of it. Immigrants countries like El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras are either of mostly amerindian descent or a mix of european and indian descent or "mestizo". If those are racial admixtures you find undesirable, than what you are looking for is immigrants from countries who are almost predominently of European descent or at least over 50 percent euro descent. This is typical of people from countries like Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. People from these countries are mostly educated and have careers in white collar job fields. As a consequence, they can afford to be choosy about where they live and work. These people tend to live in los angeles/the bay area, Miami, DC or Boston. The mongrels of central America come to fairfax/nova because there is a need here for cheap menial labor, and those are the only jobs they are really capable of doing.
