It sure would be fun to FOIA all posts made to FFXU from FCPS' computers. Potentially expensive fun, but fun nonetheless.

This could certainly be done. It would just be expensive and tricky to isolate.

But, Gatehouse reads FFXU. Also, FCPS gives Garza a computer to use, doubtful that one is blocked but since it is an FCPS computer it is therefore subject to FOIA.

I can tell you that I have had real time conversations with Gatehouse staff on FFU. They might have been using their personal devices with a data plan.
