Abolish High School Sports (the rape problem)

Get rid of high school sports, nip the problem of sports rape in the bud.
And-to all of you who cite the single case of a perverted chess coach, that's exactly what it was, a single case.
Chess teaches thinking skills light years beyond any associated with football, baseball, or basketball. In addition, you will not find perverts like Jerry Sandusky, Trent Mays, Ma'lik Richmond, or Laurence Einuis anywhere near chess.
Chess is also much cheaper than these other sports, and requires no marching band or cheerleaders. Abolishing these other sports would be a financial boon to the Fairfax schools. It would go a long way to closing "Garza's Gap" and possibly eliminating the need for the proposed meals tax.
To put it in simple terms, you can buy a LOT of chess sets for the cost of a single turf field.
