1st Degree Murder In Ca. and Baton Rouge
Posted by: The Long Hot Summer of 2016 ()

Today in Baton Rouge , police officers killed , My bet that's a ambush and 3 officers have been killed 7 shot. My heart goes to their families.

And in Fresno Ca. Police shoot a unarmed young man 4 times, twice after he's down.... In Fear of their Lives.. Hell No 1st degree Murder Right on their Body Cam Video.

This is Truly 1st Degree Murder One shot perhaps justified..as the young man was stupid ,disobeying the Officers Orders and walking forward but not 4.

Senseless Killings One Way and Senseless Killings The Other.

Don't be an ass - To be shot by the police these days you have to ask for it.

Hillary Clinton has already decided that White Americans need to do better.

And, by "decided", she will shriek out orders.

Yep. Despite your Random Capitalization (are you German??), you occasionally say something trenchant.

FWIW, I wasn't bashing your German side, just wondering about the random inappropriate capitalization, which literate readers will find detracts from whatever your actual message is. I sure never said "Sausage <anything>".

German food rocks; I grew up in a heavily German town, so have eaten more than my share of aufschnitt.

Almost all cuisines rock to some extent, actually. The only one I've ever personally found almost without redeeming characteristics was a Philippine restaurant in Georgetown that was supposed to be very good; we found the food bland, greasy, and boring as hell. Mind you, good lumpia are excellent, so maybe it was just an off-night. And de gustibus non disputandum anyway, eh?

I watched and yes at 1:35. You Are Right that Its a dangerous world for a cop. And that guy in the Vid hid behind the car and popped out. And a person with a knive can travel 21 feet toward a cop in one second.. Yes That True. So At that point open fire police yes. But that's not what happened in Fresno. I call them as I see it. Manslaughter. One shot and the guy was going down. Still If I were the cop, I would have held my fire till I actually saw a weapon. As a CCW I know that's what's expected of ME! There was no need for the 3 and 4th shots at all, as the kid lay there. he could have been restrained easy into cuffs. If he did have a weapon..pulling it. well.. that's a big difference. Vid like thisis what's got all kinds of people pissed off.. Manslaughter.. in the 2nd I say. We will see what happens with this one as a jury that has All the evidence not just some You Tube Vid will determine Im sure.

The Police shooting In Baton Rouge.. Looks Bad, but the guy was fighting the police and had a gun that's why they came in the first place, and he refused their commands. And had the gun in his pocket, the vid of that one is not so clear. Was he going for it? Never the less he fought while he was armed. And refused commands by the police.

And Its Not Black Vs White Either..with Me. Its right or wrong.

The Kid was extremely stupid.. Playing.. Toying with the Fresno police. and after the first shot he was down. That was Enough.

I have said it over and over, if Police say stop..Stop! Don't Fight Police !. Obey the commands of a Officer ! Keep your hands In Plain View.. Don't move!. If Arrested Call a lawyer just like Al Capone would do with a smile on his face cause he had plenty of dough..

DAJAX Greybeards new Pal.. Peace Brother..Even though we may not agree on Everything. As fare as MY Capitalization.. That way You Know Its Me Pal..and Remember ..Im Not the Sharpest "Tool" In The Shed..Just Old Humble DAJAX! Of Course I did score in the 99th percentile. On a 8 hour IQ test. LOL! No Kidding..140 ..Genius!! Blabber.. Drool.. Ya Baby..

wrong

you are asking a police officer to play a game with his life, that is not your call

comply period and no one ever gets hurt
do not comply and you have voided your rights
you have now forced another person to make a split second decision by your own ignorance

even after the first shot, the police do not know if you are "down" or are going to quickly pull out a firearm and shoot

comply 100% and you go home safe or pay for your crime unharmed
do not comply, you have decided to take a chance with your life

do not make another human choose between your life and theirs, it is an unfair burden

simply put, the kid could have been reaching for a gun - people have to relearn respect for authority and to, at minimum, obey all commands by police - even if you do not like them

he told the kid many many times "hands up" - he did all that could be asked
the cop has a right to go home safely

show this video in every school in America on what NOT to do
maybe it will sink in with some kids

If one idiot has a gun, then you have to arm all idiots or it isn't good sport.

As the shooting In Chicago of the black guy shot by one of my own a Sausa........

Any way Im not a jury Member. Or A Cop Hater, Im more Pro police then down on them. The Jury will see it all and hear it all, and make the call. I simply think there's something way wrong when police can shoot a unarmed person, over and over and over when there was no one in any danger after that first shot. There were other options after the first shot .

Loud and Clear. And with that Ill leave it Be with respect to those innocent officers gunned down in cold blood, last week, Last Year, all the years past and the years to come.

As I have said.."Listen and Obey the Commands of A Police Officer".. That's Simple enough..Its Not Some game.. And yes the young man was playing one with his life..He lost it.

You know, I never remember my father actually saying the words, but somehow I picked up on "Never argue with a man with a gun". Seems pretty basic. Amazing that some people haven't figure it out. OTOH, that's what the Darwin Awards are for...
