So why isn't he including gun rights? Oh wait, this is about getting Democrat votes for Hillary not about restoring rights.

The Virginia Constitution gives the Governor the authority to remove political disabilities. I believe that Virginia law gives the courts the authority to restore gun rights.

As a convicted felon, Republican Governor Rick Scott of Florida can now move to Virginia and finally be able to vote.

If His Bulk Pardon is overturned by the Va Supreme Ct, He will use the "Autopen" to sign the 200k Pardons. And that itself is not lawful. The Governor must look at each pardon given.. And Sign that pardon ..No Auto pen allowed.

Chinese Wood Block printing was known when the founders Signed The Declaration Of Independence and the Constitution. And They Signed it..No Wood Block Signatures.

Sign Each and Every Pardon Gov. McAuliffe yourself. Without any Auto Pen.
