Pay for them?
Fucking government takes enough of my money as it is. How about fire all the lazy mf'ers that work in the government that need firing; don't allow government employees to unionize (as though they need to be in a union); no double dipping; no government funded pensions.
That should leave enough money to pay for a couple roads and give the 30% of the government workers who actually do something a raise.
