Massage Therapist Charged with Sexual Battery

On Tuesday, May 24, police arrested a 24-year-old man employed as a massage therapist for inappropriately touching a 36-year-old woman. An investigation determined the woman visited a Massage Envy, located at 6465 Old Beulah Street in Alexandria (Fairfax County), on Sunday, May 8 around 1 p.m. During the session, the employee allegedly touched her inappropriately. The victim reported the incident to police the following day.

On Tuesday, May 24, officers obtained a criminal warrant for Nicholas Currie, of Alexandria. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with sexual battery. The victim did not require medical attention.
