Metro may have a PR Problem

The past few years have been somewhat less than favorable at Metro.

Fires, crashes, stabbings, beatings, shootings, shutdowns, and an attempted rape, Metro needs to redo their image.

I think Metro needs to hire the ad agency that does the commercials for Target or GEICO.

Metro would do better to solve the problems which led to their PR troubles. They won't need to hire a PR firm if they get their act together and get their house in order.

If anything Metro's PR problem was that it continued to receive positive PR from politicians and the press even as operating and maintenance problems piled up. One of the positive things about the current GM is that he isn't afraid to admit the true state of Metro affairs, and to put a large portion of the blame on Metro itself.
