Chances of Early Dismissal FCPS?

What are the chances of an early dismissal? We should have had a delay, but they still tried to go for a full week.There were many accidents this morning and more to come.

We are currently evaluating road conditions. If an early dismissal is ordered it will be announced at 10:30 am.

I'm thinking it would be better to leave the kids in school now. A delay would have done nothing, btw. Conditions would have been worse... Let the crews do their work. It'll be over in an hour or so.
