Why is the offensive?

Why is the term “Cunt” seen ad such a derogatory term.

When I was young it was just a term like a douche or jackass. But people now act like the term Cunt is the worst thing they could be called.

It is just another term for a pussy, so what is the big deal?

We all came from one, and we all have one or are after one.

i've never understood this either OP. if it offends people so much i don't have a problem refraining from its use, but it seems very arbritrary
