VA Betting machines

I checked out the Triple Crown at a bar in Centreville where you can bet on the race with the VA machines. It was a blast.

Wondering if it there was some bet that I could of made for a "triple win?"

I don't know why more VA bars don't have the para mutual betting machines? Too expensive to get a license?
