Asphalt bike/walking paths along 123/Fx Co Pkway

The asphalt paths along route 123 and Fairfax County Parkway are starting to fall apart. In some areas they are dangerous. Does anyone know who to contact to recommend replacement, etc? I would prefer not to ride along the roadway, but with failing paths more cyclists will be on the roads.

Back in 2013 I contacted Vanessa Aguayo of the county bike program about a section of bike path in bad shape and it was fixed within a couple months.

Bike lanes and sidewalks aren't much better. The ones along Telegraph Road are covered in salt, sand, trash, and gravel from the snow storms.

your full of crap. the county "park program" is filled with foreigners and people from DC. they've spent millions PER YEAR. they continually troll the bike path on the government dime. continually target businesses for closure and open up the same thing under the guise of "government park service" ... employing guess who.
