SoupCamera,

I run this place. Please see the first post: Welcome to Fairfax Underground! [New users read this first]

This forum is most definitely NOT for "gang" members, although there is quite a bit of unruly activity.

When you take a slice of a diverse populace such as Fairfax you gets all kinds of individuals, including many you would never associate with in "the real world."

This forum is whatever the residents make it. You can counter any "gang like" activity with valid points of discussion. Unfortunately the younger generation is much more computer literate (and therefore more likely to find this place) so the 13-18 age group is over-represented.

This site is designed to be an informational resource for ALL residents, but it is only as good as YOU make it.

I certainly look at this site as a positive way to get interesting info about the county I call home.

Beyond the typical net demographics, I am far from reaching the proverbial "hill" to be over.

I’m not sure the original question was serious. “The underground” CAN mean a group of people who are outside the mainstream and are loosely associated with some kind of organization (like a gang). I’m sure if newcomers read the ‘welcome’ statement that is in plain English, and read some of the posts, they would know better.
