A federal judge has ordered George Mason University to reinstate a student who said he was wrongly expelled for sexual misconduct when he was actually engaged in a consensual, sadomasochistic relationship.

The student, who is identified only as John Doe in the lawsuit filed in Alexandria, was expelled in 2014. His ex-girlfriend said she was sexually assaulted, but the expelled student said administrators ignored evidence that they had been in a consensual relationship that featured bondage and sadomasochism. The student said administrators also wrongly overruled a Sexual Misconduct Board that had exonerated him.

Judge T.S. Ellis ruled in favor of the student and ordered him reinstated. But a hearing is scheduled for Friday to determine whether Mason can hold a new round of disciplinary hearings against the student.

justice is blind

promises in relationships are like a business contract

law cannot trace down all these they usually are not written down is why

---------------------
law cannot be used to describe such close call of who might more be lying

whether it was a little too rough or she enticed the man to create injuries soley to either sue him as a "fall guy" or due to female rage syndrom unrelated to anything the man said or did - a spite suit maybe

==== Equity will not aid a volunteer
