helicopter flying around 20120 for the past two hours...

anyone on Boris scanner know what is going on? There were sirens, then a helicopter has been hovering all over Stone Rd, Rt 29, Cub Run Park, basically around 20120 for the past two hours. Not coming down close, not shining a spot light, don't know if it is a news helicopter, or FCPD...anyone know what is going on? 1:30 am and the damn noise is keeping me awake, not to mention shaking the hell out of our china cabinet!

just called non-emergency, turns out someone in need of medical attention fled from FCPD from the scene (?) and the helicopter was searching for the individual....go figure!
