Minerva Indian buffet is excellent. There's also a place down the road from there called Bombay Cafe that is cheaper and still very good.

Todai is good, costs a bit more than most places, but has all you can eat asian and sushi. People go for the sushi.

Do they still do Mongolian grill out there? I always thought that was the second best in the area. Their chinese buffet was decent, but the mongolian grill was the real reason to go there.

Haven't been there in years, but Charlie Chang's really was great back then. I'm glad to hear it's still around!

How about Malibu Grill in the Fair Lakes area? I think they are a bit pricey though.

I never could understand how anybody could eat $25-$30 of food and why would you want to!

I've been to the one in Bailey's Crossroads a few times for lunch. The lunch isn't as expensive. The grilled meats are very good, but I think the side dishes all pretty much suck. It's alot of prepared salads with pasta, potato, some blad rice dishes, etc., and they're not very good, IMO. Which means I'm stuck eating mostly meat, and that gets pretty tiresome.

Alot of people love the place, but I've never been impressed. It seems like most of the people who like the place only go there to eat 3 lbs of beef and chicken in one sitting.

I live near Chima but have blown the place off owing to my lackluster experiences at Malibu Grill... figured most of these Brazillian churrascaria places are all alike.

Is it any better? (i.e. good things on the menu besides the skewered meats).
