Ha Ha Ha, as one said on Richmond times, Theres nothing he can do.. Confirm him..Va Senate, He will be a Great Justice! Who will uphold the law. Not try to legislate from the bench.. Or change society with legal rulings.

A great choice actually. He will play the law strictly by the book no matter which way it falls. In my dealings with him he has actually been very reasonable unlike how he is portrayed by the media. F-bombs and childish insults to follow from the usual sources.

he openely used VA State Courts "victim funds" to increase police pay instead of allowing the Courts the funding to aid victims of crimes (or those injured who fx co gov had failed in care of)

he openly bribe police using illegal funds to "be loyal to authority"
