Henna Tattoo shops?

Are there any Henna Tattoo shops in NoVa? If so, how much does a normal tattoo cost there since they are just temporary?

I'm looking to get my face tattooed on my back for a joke party but don't want it permanently like Steve-O lol.

I'm not sure. I personally would like to get some henna numbers tattooed on my arm. I am going as a holocaust survivor so I would like to have the numbers tattooed temporarily on my forearm.
