Which area is less ghetto, has less crime, has less minorities, has more money? Robinson (Fairfax, Fairfax Dtation, Burke, Clifton) or Chanilly?

Robinson: 60% White, 18% Asian, 13% Hispanic, 5% Black and 4% Other
Chantilly: 49% White, 27% Asian, 13% Hispanic, 6% Black and 4% Other

So basically Chantilly has better Mathletes and a better golf team.
