Giant going out of business? It's owned by Ahold Delhaize, one of the largest grocers in the world, so I sincerely doubt it.

Giant going out of business? It's owned by Ahold Delhaize, one of the largest grocers in the world, so I sincerely doubt it.

they told me it is one of the busiest giant supermarkets in the are the crazy pharmacy never slows down . The five guys left last year and they have a thai restaurant

Indeed. For a bizarre time, read the Wikipedia pages on Giant, Delhaize, et al. -- talk about a weirdly incestuous business, with chains being bought and sold constantly. With the Ahold-Delhaize merger, Giant and Food Lion (or "Food Loin" as I like to call it) will be part of the same company. Izzy's spinning in his grave.
