I'm looking for a good divorce attorney in Northern Virginia. Does anyone have a good suggestion? Thanks.

You have heard the saying, its cheaper to keep her! In VA that saying is very true!

Everything you own, will be hers! House, cars, 401K, other investments, it will all go to her. That BMW you drive, will go to her and the only thing you will be able to afford is a 1994 Honda Accord!

Are there kids involved? If so count on losing 65% of your pretax income to alimony and child support!

Get the best damn lawyer you can, borrow money from friends or family, you will not regret it! Does not matter who is at fault, the law in VA always sides with the wife! If parents live closeby, better notify them that you will soon be moving back in as you won't be able to afford to pay a rent or a mortgage (because if you can, her lawyer will ask for more alimony)! Once your divorce is over, you will have nothing left.
