50 Degree Rain Starting Afternoon- Will All Snow Melt over Night?

So with the 50 degree warm rain happening over night say bye bye to snow.

50 rain can melt snow very quickly. Don't be surprised if most of the snow is gone in the morning.

The problem now is going to be flooding as the warm 50 degree weather returns.

Apparently, the OP hasn't left his mom's basement to see the 18" of snow still left on the ground and the 20 ft piles of snow everywhere.
