Media reports to date have mostly focused on the growing number of classified emails found on her server, efforts to hide their classified nature, and the finding in the January IG letter of a potential violation of USC 18 Section 793, “gross negligence” in the handling of secure information under the Espionage Act.
But there is a much more dangerous threat to Clinton and her aides: a Federal Conspiracy charge. The finding in the January IG letter represents a potential violation of USC 18 Section 793, “gross negligence” in the handling of secure information under the Espionage Act and spells out how multiple individuals knowingly collaborated in violation of the law, the key component in a conspiracy charge.
Clinton and her aides have individually hired attorneys who have so far protected them from providing statements to investigators. That could change soon.

Don't know what I'd enjoy more
-Hillary on trial, along with Cheryl Mills and Huma
-Bill's history explained to a whole new generation who actually care that he's a rapist and she's an enabler
But we have to pick. If there's a trial, her candidacy goes bye bye and Bill's no longer relevant.
