Fairfax Corner Construction

Anyone know what is being built in the main parking lot of Fairfax Corner (next to the movie theater)? I was there today and half of the main parking lot is not gone with construction fencing blocking it off.

Someone a while back mentioned that World of Beer was gonna go into the Fanfare location...could they be getting a free standing location instead?

I hope whatever it is doesn't suck since it is going to totally screw up the already terrible parking situation there.

I work in the office building right there and we got a notice today that they are building a parking garage and then another office building.

A garage (more parking) is much needed, especially on busy nights. Hopefully this means additional retail/food on the bottom floor.
