This is spring weather. Balmy. Shorts and a t-shirt kind of day.

High of 40 today, then add four degrees per day right through the weekend.

It's 70 in the rest of the house, a cozy 78 in my room due to my space heater. I turn it off overnight and throw on my electric blanket and sip hot tea all day working from home. Life is good.

NOVEC bill was <$70 last month for a 1,800 SF house with 3 high powered PC's being on 24/7 and 3 FIOS TV watchers too and a lot of meals cooked on the electric stove/oven and slowcooker and deep fryer- not bad!

It will be back to 70's by the weekend. You can thank global warming.

Snow in NOVA is a thing of the past. Deal with it.

No, it's El NiƱo, not global warming that is causing the recent warm weather.

I know there is global warming, but, it doesn't help to misattribute it to all weather patterns.
