The Grand Jury in Cleveland, Ohio has decide not to charge the officers in the justified shooting of young nog Tamir Rice.
Rice pointed a gun, toy as it was, in a threating posture.
He refused to drop the weapon as ordered, and the subject was taken out.

"Gangsta in Training " Brandishes what people believe is a GUN at people at playground. Cops are called. When Cop arrives "Gangsta" pulls "GUN" out of his pants. Cop opens fire. WTF Do you Expect? Where was his Wonderfull Mother? Who is now trying to win a welfare lottery?
