Loser who steal or damage Christmas displays

We have had a couple of incidents in last week or so of some losers stealing Christmas decorations from lawns. How low can people get to take the baby Jesus or damage other decorations.

Sounds like something people involved in "Greek life" would do. Then, they grow up to be Boosterthon organizers. Small wonder more and more schools are banning fraternities and sororoties over crap like this.

This ought to be considered a hate crime and prosecuted as such.
