Some houses and cars were recently entered over the weekend.

Picture captured on a night vision camera at 3:30 am.

Can anyone identify the outfit, the type of person that may wear the outfit or have any idea who this person may be?

This is obviously a jogging/running outfit and this person must be a runner, but is also supplementing his wardrobe late at night. There was one other person with them but there is not good picture, just a partial.

Anyone have any software than can enhance/clarify this type of picture?

Any help would be appreciated.

The camera was not for the purpose of filming people, it was for game, it just happened to capture some people up to no good.

No runners out here that recognize this type of outfit?

Anyone see a person dressed like this jogging in your neighborhood?

In the first pic it almost appears that the person is wearing shorts with high socks, like some of the soccer socks I've seen. But the second pic def looks like pants. If you could give us a location, we could see if any of the school spirit wear may match to your area. Need more info to see if we can come up with something to help

Shouldn't be hard to find someone that has arms longer than their legs.

Not wearing shorts or having long socks, this was the reason for the 2 pictures so that the smaller hash marks on the legs could be seen.

Thinking this may also be some sort of motorcycle suit as another option.

As unique as this outfit seems to be, someone has to have so possible ideas.

Most of the mainstream clothing vendors do not have anything even close.

I know this is a dangerous question for the FFU, how about a vote on race and hairstyle?

I am not even sure race or hairstyle can be determined from these pictures.

it does look like a motor cycle jacket and pants, in both cut and color pattern.

race is impossible for me to say, but it's either a very thin man/male teen or, less likely, a tall female.

Those look like pajamas, and that's likely some asshole from Falls Church. Probably got up to take a leak, forgot the way back to the bedroom, and ended up wandering the streets aimlessly. Hopefully, the police were able to intervene and get him back into a safer situation. Poor fellow!

What you have on your photos is the image of an adult male Kanamit wearing his uniform.
