How to get to Dulles Airport recommendations

Since I can't drive to Dulles, would you suggest a certain shuttle company or should I get a cab/uber for an early AM flight.

You can call any of the cab companies and schedule a pickup in the morning. I have no idea where you are or what time you are leaving but if an Uber is available without a long wait that's definitely the best option. It'll be easier and cheaper.. Like Uber always is for people. Your only problem might be they there's no uber drivers working in close proximity to you early in the AM

You can ride a bus or bike or take a taxi to the metro station then go to Reagan international airport and book a flight to Dulles Airport.

Don't use shuttles. They drive you all over the place picking up other people. Call a taxi or use Uber.
