Black Lives Matter Shooting on Little River Turnpike in Annandale

Fairfax County Police are investigating a shooting Tuesday night in the Annandale area off of Little River Turnpike and Pinecrest Heights Drive, police announced on Twitter.

Police said the man who was shot has been taken to an area hospital.

Police from both the Franconia and Mason police districts are on the scene on Little River Turnpike, where News-4 reports a man crawled to get help after he was shot.

Police said that they are on the lookout for some sort of white vehicle that fled the scene. News-4 reported witnesses also overheard a woman yelling profanity before shots were fired.
