Reston Police activity at South Lakes/Red's Table?

Left the parking lot at South Lakes Shopping Center about 15 minutes ago. No less than six (6) Fairfax County cruisers in the parking lot, with what seemed to be a focus on Red's Table, the recently opened restaurant where Lakeside Inn used to be.

Any further info?

Possibly an irate patron expressing their displeasure
over the the light in the load portion of the cioppino (albeit
a very tasty dish)
