A couple streaking down a Louisiana beach Tuesday morning left their 1-year-old child behind in the dust, local reports said.

The parents made it at least three miles down Holly Beach before a passerby found the little girl and called Cameron Parish Sheriff’s Office, KPLC-TV reported.

Deputies arrested Cody and Monique Bourgeois and suspect the duo had been taking drugs.

“Not only did they abandon their child, we never got the first call from them about them missing their child,” Sheriff Ron Johnson told the TV station.

The child had likely been alone for two hours, Johnson said.

The parents face charges of child desertion and obscenity, according to authorities.
