I HATE FAIRFAX AND NOVA IN General

Why is it that a 29 year old WHITE male can't find a job? His is a smart guy and his way smarter than most people working at the DMV, or another government office. what can he do to get a job at any government office?

If you hate it so much then move away!! 49 other states to choose from, plus the District of Columbia!!
On a nicer note, maybe tell us what your education & skills are, what kind of job you are seeking, maybe someone here can recommend either someplace to apply nearby, or likely, the best place you ought to move to..
